Support workers and participants enjoying a community activity together

Our services

Flexible NDIS supports, shaped around your plan

Whether you need a few hours a week or round-the-clock support, we build a service mix that fits your goals, budget and household.

What our supports cover

Live Up Strong delivers supports funded under the Core and Capacity Building parts of an NDIS plan. In practice, most of our work sits in assistance with daily life, assistance with social and community participation, supported independent living, support coordination, transport and short term accommodation.

Support can be one-to-one or in a small group, in your home or out in the community, during the day, in the evening, overnight or across a whole weekend. Hours are set out in your service agreement, and we'll always tell you honestly whether we have the right worker available before we accept a booking.

Funding

How you can use your funding with us

We work with all three plan management types and charge in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Your service agreement lists the supports and rates before anything starts, and invoices are itemised so you can see exactly what was delivered, when and for how long.

Self-managed

Full flexibility — you choose and pay providers directly.

Plan-managed

Your plan manager pays our invoices, no paperwork for you.

NDIA-managed

We work within registered provider requirements and price limits.

What to expect

From first call to first shift

A conversation, not a sales pitch

We ask about your goals, current supports, household and what hasn't worked before. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

A written support plan

Routines, preferences, health needs, risks, communication style and emergency contacts — documented so every worker arrives prepared.

Consistent, matched workers

A small team rather than whoever is free. You meet them first, and you can request a different match at any time.

Ongoing review

Regular check-ins, shift notes you can access, and written progress summaries ahead of your plan review.

Where we deliver support

We support participants across Melbourne — inner suburbs, the north, west, east and south-east — including private homes, shared and SIL properties, community venues, workplaces, education settings and hospitals during discharge planning. If you're just outside our usual area, ask us anyway; we'll tell you honestly whether we can staff it reliably.
