The Live Up Strong support team standing together outside a community centre

Careers

Support work that's actually supported

We're always keen to meet warm, reliable people who want to do this work properly — with training, supervision and rosters that make it sustainable.

Why work here

We look after the people who show up

Consistent participants

You work with a small group of people you actually get to know, not a different house every shift.

Real supervision

A named coordinator you can reach, debriefs after tough shifts, and clear escalation paths.

Paid training

Manual handling, epilepsy management, PEG feeding, mealtime management and positive behaviour support.

Rosters that respect you

Shifts published ahead, honest about availability, and no pressure to accept work you're not trained for.
